Step 2 – Level 2 MOT testing award

Pass a Level 2 qualification recognised by the DVSA in MOT testing - 5 days

Step3 – DVSA observation test

Observation by DVSA at Kruuz MOT testing facility - 1 day

MOTORCYCLES MOT TESTER COURSE

IMI level 2 (Motor cycles) - This course takes 3 days.

Candidate needs a valid full motorcycle license to participate in this course. The candidate will also need to attest to 3 years experience. The candidate will be tutored in this section both practical and theory and guided towards obtaining a positive result. All practical is taught in a DVSA approved MOT station.

IMI level 3 mot testers course.  This course takes 5 days .

This course covers everything the candidate will need to go on as a successful motor cycle mot tester.  From mot station management down to managing his own portfolio in regards to yearly CPD and giving a full knowledge on being a motorcycle tester. This is a practical and theory course. This is an open book exam. (candidate may use the manual during the test.)
 
Final observation and sign off by DVSA. 
1 day.

MOTOR VEHICLE MOT TESTERS

IMI Level 3 (Light Vehicle Inspection) - This course takes 1-5 days.

Candidate needs a valid drivers license and must attest to 4 years experience.
This course includes practical learning as well as theory.  The amount of days required to complete this course will depend on your knowledge and experience.  We shall determine your ability via a mock test to advise you on the length of your course.

IMI level 2 mot testers course. - This course takes 5 days
